Project Description：This was a key supporting project for the intelligent manufacturing upgrades of local industry in Kazakhstan. It provided key ventilation and temperature control equipment for a local fully automatic electrostatic powder spraying line. The entire line was equipped with centrifugal fans and high-temperature fans independently developed and manufactured by our company, which were perfectly suited to full processes including spray recovery, hot-air curing, and workshop ventilation and dust removal. The equipment ensured the entire production line operated efficiently, stably, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficiently, while helping the customer achieve upgrades in coating process standardization, production automation, and compliance with emissions regulations.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the powder recovery rate of the production line increased from 78% to 96.2%, cutting monthly powder material consumption by 18.2%; the curing oven temperature deviation was controlled within ±2 ℃, representing a 65% improvement in temperature control accuracy compared to the original equipment; the overall defect rate of sprayed workpieces decreased from 4.5% to 0.8%. The product delivered a marked increase in finished product yield, while substantially reducing capacity loss and material waste caused by rework and scrapping.
