Project Description：The project involved the implementation of supporting equipment for intelligent coating production line of a local automobile manufacturer in Thailand. Focusing on the core process links of spraying, drying and curing for complete vehicles and automotive parts, the dedicated high-temperature circulating fans were customized for the entire coating production line. Based on the localization and upgrading needs of Thailand's automotive manufacturing industry, the project addressed the industry challenges, such as high-temperature and high-humidity environment in Southeast Asia, continuous operating condition, and stringent coating process accuracy requirements. The high-temperature fan solutions featuring high adaptability, high stability and long service was provided. The equipment delivery, installation, commissioning and production startup were successfully completed, fully ensuring the efficient, stable and compliant mass production on the customer's coating production line.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the defect rate in the coating process for vehicle bodies and automotive parts decreased by more than 35%; the pass rate for coating appearance consistency increased from 95.2% to 99.1%; the processing time for each coating, drying and curing batch was shortened by 8%; the comprehensive equipment operation, maintenance and replacement costs decreased by more than 40%.
