Project Description：This project provided ventilation and temperature control systems for an automated powder spraying line in Saudi Arabia. Addressing the local conditions of high temperature, dryness, and sandstorms, we provided customized core fans (centrifugal and high-temperature fans) for the entire intelligent electrostatic powder spraying line. These fans fully adapted to all processes: dust removal, powder recovery, circulating ventilation, high-temperature curing, and cooling / air exchange, ensuring the continuous, stable, and efficient operation of the production line and supporting the standardization and automation of powder coating for local industrial workpieces.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the temperature variation within the curing oven was controlled within ±3 ℃, the temperature uniformity inside the oven was significantly improved, the workpiece spraying yield rate rose from 88% before the upgrade to 99.2%, reducing rework and scrap losses due to non-conforming products by over 11% annually, which greatly enhanced the quality of the customer's products delivered to the market. The powder recovery rate increased from 72% to over 93%, saving 18%-22% of powder coating consumables monthly.
