The basic idea is straightforward: move the required amount of dusty air at the required pressure while keeping the fan suitable for the dust and operating environment.

2. How Our Direct-Drive Dust Fan Works

The working principle is based on centrifugal air movement. Dusty air enters through the fan inlet. As the impeller rotates, it accelerates the air and changes its direction. The air then moves through the fan housing and leaves through the outlet with the pressure required by the system.

Neither structure is automatically better for every project. I choose the drive arrangement according to the working condition, installation space, speed requirement, temperature, maintenance plan and other project details.
